In einer einfach-blinden, Placebo-kontrollierten Interaktionsstudie erhielten 3 Gruppen von je 6 gesunden Probanden in einer 1. Phase 5, 10 und 20 mg SL 82.0715 p.o. In einer 2. Phase erhielten sie gleichzeitig mit 3x60 mg Diltiazem p.o. im "steady-state" zunächst Placebo, dann erneut SL 82.0715 in gleicher Dosierung (Parallelgruppendesign). Gemessen wurden kardiovaskuläre Parameter, Laborwerte und Plasmakonzentrationen beider Pharmaka. Es konnten bei guter Verträglichkeit weder pharmakodynamische noch pharmakokinetische Interaktionen statistisch nachgewiesen werden.      «

In a single-blind, placebo-controlled interaction-study 5, 10 and 20 mg of SL 82.0715 were administered p.o. to 3 groups of 6 healthy volunteers in a first phase. In a second phase they received together with 3x 60 mg Diltiazem p.o. in a steady-state first placebo and then again SL 82.0715 in the same dosage (parallel-group-design). Cardiovascular parameters, laboratory findings and plasma-concentrations of both pharmacological agents were measured. There was no pharmacodynamic or pharmacokinetic interaction with good tolerance of both agents.     «
