- In dieser Dissertation wird untersucht, inwieweit die in der Ernährungsambulanz des Klinikums Rechts der Isar angebotene Ambulante Adipositastherapie den Gewichtsverlauf und den Blutzuckerspiegel bei Typ 2 Diabetikern beeinflusst. Anhand der Daten von 123 Patienten, die sich im Zeitraum von Juli 2003 bis Juni 2006 in der Ernährungsambulanz vorstellten, konnte festgestellt werden, dass 80 % der Patienten in der Lage waren, ihr Aufnahmegewicht zu reduzieren.
- Translated abstract:
- This thesis investigates, to which degree outpatient therapy of adipositas as it is offered by the outpatient nutritional department at the Klinikum Rechts der Isar influences weight and blood glucose level in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Data of 123 Patients who visited the outpatients nutritional department from July 2003 till June 2006 showed, that 80 % of the patients were able to reduce their previous weight.
