Bei der Fertigung von Karosseriebauteilen in Presswerken der Automobilindustrie liegen sensible Umformprozesse vor, auf die eine Vielzahl von Einflussgrößen einwirkt. Dies führt dazu, dass die Qualitätsmerkmale von Karosseriebauteilen Schwankungen unterliegen, was darin begründet ist, dass die Einflussgrößen auf den Umformprozess, wie z. B. die Werkstoffgüte, selbst Schwankungen unterworfen sind. Inhalt dieser Forschungsarbeit sind Untersuchungen zum Aufbau einer modellbasierten Prozessregelung für die Fertigung von Karosseriebauteilen. Hierfür wurden im Rahmen einer Prozessanalyse die relevanten Einflussgrößen auf den Umformprozess identifiziert und untersucht. Weiterhin erfolgte der Aufbau einer Daten- und Wissensbasis sowie die Ableitung geeigneter Regelstrategien. Für eine Regelung des Umformprozesses wurde die pressen- und werkzeugseitige Aktorik optimiert und weiterentwickelt.      «

During the manufacturing of car body panels in press shops of the automotive industry currently sensitive forming processes exist, affected by a broad range of parameters. This leads to fluctuations in the quality characteristics of car body panels due to the fact that the parameters of the forming process, such as the material quality, are subject to fluctuations. This research work deals with the analysis of the creation of a knowledge-based process control for the manufacturing of car body panels. Therefore within the scope of a process analysis the relevant factors of the forming process were identified and analysed. Furthermore the creation of a data and knowledge base took place as well as the derivation of suitable control procedures. For the process control of the forming process the press and tool actuators were optimised and developed.     «
