Die vorliegende Arbeit zeigt, dass sich die MRT, besonders in Kombination von Kopf- und Mikrospule, für die postoperative Lagekontrolle bei auftretenden Komplikationen, insbesondere was die Entscheidung bezüglich einer Revisionsoperation betrifft, im Rahmen der durchgeführten Untersuchungen als ein überlegenes Verfahren erwiesen hat. Sie ist in der Detailgenauigkeit einer CT-Aufnahme deutlich überlegen und ermöglicht bei der Kombination beider Spulen eine mit der Aufnahmezeit der Computertomographie vergleichbar kurze Messzeit. Die MRT kann somit eindeutig als standardisiertes Untersuchungsverfahren bei postoperativen Komplikationen angewandt und empfohlen werden.      «

The present clinical study shows that the Magnetic Resonance Imaging, especially in combination of head- and microcoil, has proved to be the superior method with postoperative position monitoring at acute intricacies, particularly considering the decision with regard to a revision surgery. This method is superior concerning accuracy of details to computed tomography pictures and allows - in combination of both coils - a short measurement period comparable with computed tomography testing time. The Magnetic Resonance Imaging can definitely be used and approved as standardized ex-amination method in case of postoperative intricacies.      «
