Die Therapieentscheidung bei Orbitabodenfrakturen von kleinerem Ausmaß ist nach wie vor umstritten. Fehlen klare OP-Indikationen, kann die Analyse von bestimmten radiologischen Parametern im klinischen Entscheidungsprozess hilfreich sein. Translated abstract:
Treatment decision making for small orbital fractures remains difficult. If specific indications for operative treatments are missing, the analyzation of certain CT-parameters can be helpful in the daily clinical practice. In the presented thesis a self-made classification, which is based on certain findings on CT-scans, is evaluated. Therefore the groups of the classification, as well as the different CT-findings are examined for correlations with the preoperative ophtalmological diagnosis.
