Abstract:
In this work, we utilize random carbon nanotubes (CNTs) networks in gas sensing applications. Spray deposition technique is employed to fabricate CNT-based gas sensors as well as CNT-based gas sensor arrays. The fabricated devices were deposited on rigid (Silicon) as well as flexible substrates (plastic). Finally, we investigated the frequency behavior of the fabricated devices by performing the complex impedance characterization.

In dieser Arbeit verwenden wir Kohlenstoffnanoröhrchen (CNTs) Netzwerke für Gassensoranwendungen. Sprühtechnologie wird verwendet, um auf CNT basierende Gassensoren sowie Gassensorarrays herzustellen. Die Sensoren wurden auf starren (Silizium) oder flexiblen (Kunststoff) Substraten abgeschieden. Anschließend wird das Frequenzverhalten der Sensoren mit Hilfe von Impedanz Spektroskopie charakterisiert.
