- Diese Arbeit geht der Frage nach, wie sich die Lesart von innerstädtischen Wasserräumen verändert. Die Lesart scheint sich aus einer rein funktionalen Betrachtung zu lösen. Gleichzeitig ist nicht klar, welcher Motivation folgend die neuen Wasserprojekte entwickelt werden. Mittels theoretischer >Werkzeuge< werden die Motive der jüngeren Wasserprojekte entschlüsselt und die Konzepte zu Lesarten gebündelt. Dabei wird nicht nur eine neue Lesart der Wasserräume deutlich, sondern auch, was die neuen Projekte damit bereits artikulieren.

- This thesis investigates how the reading of inner-city waterspaces is changing. The reading is apparently becoming detached from a purely functional consideration of waterspaces. At the same time, it is unclear what motivates the development of the new water projects. The motives for the water projects are decoded by using theoretical >tools< and the concepts for the readings are consolidated. At the same time, not only will this clarify a new reading of the waterspaces, but also, what the new projects are thereby already articulating.
