In dieser Arbeit wurde die Entwicklung einer asymmetrischen Variante der Pd-katalysierten CH-Aktivierung von Indolen unter Verwendung chiraler Norbornen-Derivate in Kombination mit meso-Dibromverbindungen untersucht. Eine enantioselektive Alkylierung konnte in keinem Fall erzielt werden. Translated abstract:
This thesis describes the development of an asymmetric version of the Palladium-catalyzed CH-activation of indoles by applying chiral norbornene-derivatives in combination with meso dibromo compounds. The enantioselective alkylation was not successful in any case. By applying unbranched, saturated dibromides as alkylating reagents, it was possible to develop a method for the annulation of different indole derivatives, especially synthesis of various tetrahydrocarbazoles was successful.
