The aim of this thesis was to investigate bacterial phosphorus (P) mobilization potential and viability of alternative fertilizers. The abundances of bacterial P turnover genes were used to investigate the community structure and turnover processes under different fertilization treatments. Das Ziel dieser Arbeit war es, anhand der Abundanz von bakteriellen P-Umsetzungsgenen, das bakterielle Mobilisierungspotential von Posphor (P) und die Realisierbarkeit alternativen Düngemittel zu untersuchen. Die organische Düngung beeinflusste die P-Umsatz-Gemeinschaftsstruktur. Potenzielle Phosphatase-Aktivitäten waren bei organischer Düngung erhöht, jedoch ohne Änderung der Phosphatase-Gen-Abundanz, was darauf hindeutet, dass die Wirkung auf die Transkriptionsrate auftritt.
