In dieser Arbeit wurden die postoperativen Potenz- und Kontinenzraten nach verschiedenen nervschonenden Prostatektomieverfahren mit prä-, peri- und postoperativen Daten der Patienten korreliert. Einen großen Einfluß auf das postoperative Ergebnis haben der präoperative Potenzstatus, das Operationsverfahren, das Alter des Patienten und Parameter, die mit der Tumorgröße in Zusammenhang stehen. Die Analyse der Daten ergab, dass die höchste postoperative Potenzrate in der Gruppe der nach 2001 beidseits nervschonend operierten Männer (Blutstillung ohne elektrische Koagulation und besondere Schonung des neurovaskulären Bündels) erreicht wurde. Aus dieser Gruppe waren 14,3% voll potent und 45,2% erreichten eine eingeschränkte Potenz. Die Kontinzrate war in der Gruppe der vor 2001 nervschonend operierten Männer mit 89% und beidseits nervschonend mit 88,3% am höchsten.     «

In this study the preoperative status of potency and urinary continence after different nerve-sparing prostatectomy techniques were correlated with the pre-, peri and postoperative data of the patients. The preoperative potency status, the surgical techniques, the age of the patient and parameters, which are related with the extent of the tumor, have a great influence on the postoperative results. The analysis of the data showed that the best postoperative potency rate was reached in the group of patients, who underwent bilateral nerve-sparing prostatectomy (haemostasis without electric coagulation and special preservation of the neurovascualar bundle). Out of this group 14.3% reached full potency and 45.2% limited potency. In the group of men, who underwent nerve-sparing surgery before 2001 the continence rate was 89% and it was 88.3% in those who had bilateral nerve-sparing surgery.     «
