In der hier vorliegenden Promotionsarbeit wurden 1.815.318 Datensätze aus einer Perinatologischen Datenbank (Forschungsbereich Neugeborenenanthropometrie und Epidemiologie der Universitätsfrauenklinik Rostock) der Jahre 1995-1997 aufbereitet und ausgewertet. Es konnte bewiesen werden, dass vorausgegangene Aborte erhebliche Auswirkungen auf die nächste Schwangerschaft Erstgebärender ausüben, indem das mittlere Geburtsgewicht gesenkt und die Rate der Frühgeburten erhöht wird. Weiterhin konnte bewiesen werden, dass das steigende Gebäralter (ab 30. Lj.) der Mutter zusätzlich auf o.g. Parameter Einfluss nimmt.     «

In the promotion work presented 1.815.318 records from a perinatologic data base (research area new born anthropometry and epidemiology of the women clinic in the University in Rostock) of the years 1995-1997 were processed and evaluated. It was proved that preceding aborts has considerable repercussion on the nextpragnancy of first-bearing women, while the middle natal weight is lowered and the installment of premature births is raised. Furthermore could be proved that the rising bearing age (from the age of 30) of the mother additionally has influence on the above mentioned parameter.
