Mit einem hohen Anspruch an einen effizienten Bauablauf in der Bauwirtschaft ist die Terminplanung eines komplexen Bauvorhabens vor und während der Bauausführung immer von hoher Bedeutung. Basierend auf der steigenden Digitalisierung in der Bauindustrie werden digitale Daten eines Bauprojekts, die das Bauprojekts ausführlich beschreiben, in Echtzeit zur Verfügung gestellt. In der Praxis werden diese Daten zwar gesendet, aber kaum genutzt. Mit der ereignisdiskreten Simulation steht ein Werkzeug zur Verfügung, was den Bauprozess computergesteuert unterstützen kann, in dem vorab Varianten durchgespielt werden und so die optimale Lösung gefunden werden kann. Durch die fortschreitende Digitalisierung kann auch die ereignisdiskrete Simulation an die Dynamik der Bauindustrie angepasst werden und so eine höhere Flexibilität garantiert werden. Die ereignisdiskrete Simulation muss fähig sein, diese Daten zu importieren und dann die Prozesse eines Bauprojekts zu analysieren. Damit wird ein Grundstein für die zukünftige Entwicklung gelegt, um die stetig wachsende Komplexität der Bauvorhaben mit vorliegenden Ressourcen, Material, Arbeitsflächen und Arbeitskräften effizient anzugehen.     «

Every construction site is unique. In contrast to the stationary industry, the construction industry is characterized by a dependency on the location of the construction site. With high demands on an efficient construction process in the construction industry, scheduling a complex construction project before and during construction is always of great importance. Based on the increasing digitization in the construction industry, digital data of a construction project, which describe the construction project in detail, are made available in real time. With the event-discrete simulation, a tool is available that can support the construction process in a computer-controlled manner, in which variants are played through in advance and the optimal solution can be found. Due to the advancing digitization, the event-discrete simulation can also be adapted to the dynamics of the construction industry and thus a higher flexibility can be guaranteed. The discrete event simulation must be able to import this data and then analyze the processes of a construction project. This lays the foundation for future development in order to efficiently address the steadily growing complexity of building projects with available resources, materials, work surfaces and workers.     «
