- This questionnaire ("OHLS-Q-SF") is an 8-item based translation of the German OGKS-FB-KS. The OGKS-FB-KS is a short scale of the 48-item long version of the OGKS-FB (Okan and Kirchhoff 2022). The OHLS-Q-SF / OGKS-FB-KS were developed to measure the organizational health literacy of schools. They assess the eight standards of a health literate school using only one question per standard, whereas the long version of the questionnaire uses six indicators for each standard.
