Abstract:
This paper presents a novel approach to model and simulate the Nanomagnetic Logic with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (pNML) using industry standard Cadence Virtuoso software tool. The implementation of an efficient compact model of a single nanomagnet in Verilog-A is introduced. A single magnet is the key element of Nanomagnetic logic systems.
