- Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit wurde die Totalsynthese von Stemona-Alkaloiden mit einem Pyrido[1,2-a]azepin-Grundgerüst untersucht. Um die Naturstoffe Stemocochinamin, Cochinchistemonin und Stemokerrin herstellen zu können, wurden verschiedene Syntheserouten entwickelt. Die aktuellste Strategie ermöglichte die Synthese eines gemeinsamen Vorläufers dieser Naturstoffe, wodurch der Aufbau des gesamten Kohlenstoffgerüstes mit der richtigen Konfiguration gelang. - The total synthesis of Stemona alkaloids with a pyrido[1,2-a]azepine nucleus was investigated. To this end, different approaches were developed for the synthesis of the alkaloids stemocochinamine, cochinchistemonine and stemokerrin.
