- Comparison of the Critical Magnetic Scattering from the {{Heisenberg}} System {{EuO}} with Renormalization-Group Theory
- Abstract:
- The paramagnetic scattering from the isotropic Heisenberg ferromagnet EuO has been investigated by inelastic neutron scattering in order to test the predictions of asymptotic renormalization-group theory. The scattering cross sections are in excellent agreement with theory over a wide range of momentum and energy (q$<$0.3 A˚-1, $\omega{}<$0.4 meV).
