Abstract:
The molecular and phenotypic response to trastuzumab was analyzed in gastric cancer cell lines, in order to identify predictive response and resistance factors. Phenotypic response to trastuzumab was examined by invasion, motility and proliferation analysis. Molecular effects were investigated by western blot and proteome profiling. Um prädiktive Resistenzfaktoren zu identifizieren, wurden molekulare und phänotypische Effekte von Trastuzumab in Magenkrebszelllinien analysiert.
