- Abstract:
- The thesis presents a systemic approach to analyzing horticultural retail companies and their particular management challenges. Based on the principles of system theory and cybernetics, an innovative participatory approach was employed to capture the viewpoints of multiple stakeholders in a model that demonstrates the complexity of these family-run companies. Simulated interventions and changes applied to the model contribute to an improved understanding of their multiple dynamic effects.

- Die Arbeit stellt eine Systemanalyse von Einzelhandelsgärtnereien und deren Managementherausforderungen vor. Im Rahmen von Systemtheorie und Kybernetik wurde ein innovatives partizipatives Methodenkonzept entwickelt, um anhand der Sichtweisen beteiligter Akteure komplexe Zusammenhänge in diesen familiengeführten Unternehmen ganzheitlich zu modellieren. Um die Entscheidungsfindung in diesen Unternehmen zu erleichtern, wurden mittels Szenarientechnik und Simulationen dynamische Effekte analysiert.
