On frequency comb formation in terahertz quantum cascade lasers
Abstract:
Their inherently broadband gain and high value of the third order nonlinearity makes quantum cascade lasers (QCLs) ideal candidates for frequency comb generation in the terahertz (THz) and mid-infrared (midIR) spectral ranges.
