Abstract:
Es wurden 7.690 Prostatakarzinom-Patienten in Subgruppen nach Alter bei OP (<55J vs. ≥55J) und Familienanamnese (erstgradig-positiv vs. streng-negativ) eingeteilt. Patienten mit erstgradig-positiver Familienanamnese hatten nahezu identische klinische und histopathologische Parameter und entgegen der Hypothese kein schlechteres karzinomspezifisches Überleben im Vergleich zu Patienten mit streng-negativer Familienanamnese; dies war auch unabhängig vom Alter bei OP (<55J: p=0,06; ≥55J: p=0,79).

7,690 patients with prostate cancer were divided into subgroups according to age at surgery (<55y vs. ≥55y) and family history (first degree positive vs. strictly negative). Patients with first degree positive family history had nearly equal clinical and histopathological parameters and contrary to our hypothesis no worse cancer-specific survival than patients with strictly negative family history. These results were independent of age at surgery (<55y: p=0.06; ≥55y: p=0.79).
