Abstract:
Unternehmen müssen effektive und effiziente Produktionstechnologien einsetzen, um produktionsrelevanten Anforderungen langfristig gerecht zu werden. Die Identifikation dieser Technologien ist jedoch vielfach unstrukturiert und folglich ressourcenintensiv. Diese Arbeit stellt eine Methodik für die systematische Identifikation von Produktionstechnologien vor, die am Beispiel der automobilen Großserienfertigung von Strukturleichtbaukomponenten angewendet wird.

The adoption of new production technologies is a major challenge for manufacturing companies. Despite the long term impact of decisions, companies are often unaware how to search for alternative technologies. This thesis presents a method to systematically identify production technologies by analyzing the prospective technology needs. The method has been applied by the example of automotive large scale series production of structural lightweight components.
