Abstract:
Die Arbeit analysiert wirtschafts- und verhaltenswissenschaftliche sowie praxisbezogene Aspekte ihrer Problematik. Eine empirische Analyse findet Informationen zum Grad der Strukturiertheit von Risikomanagement und Compliance in mittelständischen Unternehmen und ist die Basis der theoretischen und statistischen Betrachtung von Abhängigkeiten – insbesondere zwischen den beiden Systemen. Die Arbeit diskutiert die Bedeutung der Unternehmenskultur für ihr Themengebiet.
Translated abstract:
The dissertation theoretically analyses economical and psychological aspects of risk and compliance management in German SMEs. It evaluates their relevance for corporate praxis. Survey data is descriptively and statistically analysed to find differences in the level of implementation as well as correlations between the management of risk and compliance. Results are embedded in prior findings about social influence and organizational cultures.
