Towards Recursive Plan-Do-Check-Act Cycles for Continuous Improvement 
Abstract:
Continuous improvement is a cornerstone of successful management approaches such as Lean Production, Total Quality Management, and Six Sigma. Its implementation in complex organizational contexts requires a systemic perspective.
