- Ein positiver Einfluss von Levodopa auf FOG zeigt sich klinisch eindeutig, in der medizinischen Literatur ist er jedoch unzureichend und insbesondere unsystematisch belegt. Der hier eingesetzte FOG Score zeigt wie Levodopa FOG im Abbild des FOG-Scores unmittelbar beeinflusst (short-term efficacy). Die zweite Aufgabenstellung dieser Arbeit betrifft die Stabilität des FOG-Scores und hier insbesondere die re-test Stabilität an mehreren Tageszeitpunkten.

- Although the positive effect of Levodopa on FOG is clinically evident, the medical literature has not yet determined the effect in a precise and systematic manner. In this study the FOG score is used to measure FOG and is capable of showing the Levodopa effect (short-term efficacy). Another aim of this study is to prove the stability of the FOG score and particularly to re-test the stability at different timepoints of the day.
