- In der vorliegenden Arbeit erfolgte ein direkter Vergleich zwischen einem konventionellen (cTNT) und einem hochsensitiven Troponin T (hsTNT) Assay bei einer Reihe von Patienten mit akutem Koronarsyndrom ohne Hebung der ST-Strecke (NSTE-ACS). Hierbei wurde durch die Verwendung des hsTNT Assays eine deutliche Zunahme der Patienten mit einem Myokardinfarkt ohne Hebung der ST-Strecke (NSTEMI) verzeichnet. - In this study a conventional troponin T (cTNT) assay was compared directly with a high-sensitivity troponin T (hsTNT) assay in a series of patients with non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome (NSTE-ACS). It was shown a significant diagnostic shift from unstable angina to non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) using the hsTNT assay.
