- Kurzfassung:
- Der PARP Inhibitor AZD2281 ist ein neues Medikament zur gezielten Tumortherapie und ist bei Tumoren mit Defekten in der DNA Reparatur wirksam. Mantelzelllymphome haben in 56% ATM Mutationen, in 10% ATM und p53 Mutationen. Das Ansprechen verschiedener MCL Zelllinien auf AZD2281 wurde in vitro getestet. MCL Zelllinien mit ATM und p53 Mutation waren sensibler auf AZD2281 als bei isolierter ATM Mutation. Intrazellulär Signalwege der DNA- Reparatur wurden mit Western Blots analysiert.

- The PARP inhibitor AZD2281 is a novel kind of anticancer therapy and is effective in cancer cells with defects of the DNA- repair. Mantle cell lymphomas have mutations of the ATM gene in 56%, combined ATM and p53 mutations in 10%. We analyzed the inhibitory effect of AZD2281 on mantle cell lymphoma cells in an in vitro cell culture model.
