Abstract:
This thesis comprised of three main parts. First, the levels of fluorotelomer alcohols (FTOHs) in house dust and Alpine atmosphere were investigated. Second, the accumulations of perflurinated sulfonates (PFSAs) and perfluorinated carboxylates (PFCAs) in sediment and biota were explored. Finally, a method was developed for the detection of semifluorinated alkanes (SFAs) by GC-PCI-MS and the occurrences of SFAs in Alpine atmosphere were investigated.

Diese Promotionsarbeit besteht aus drei Hauptteilen. Im ersten Teil wurden die Gehalte der Fluortelomeralkohole in Hausstaub und Alpiner Atmosphäre untersucht. Zweitens wurde die Anreicherung von perfluorierten Karboxylaten und perfluorierten Sulfonaten in Sedimenten und Biota erforscht. Schließlich wurde eine Methode für die Detektion von semifluorierten Alkanen (SFA) mittels GC-PCI-MS entwickelt und das Vorkommen der SFA in der Atmosphäre der Alpen untersucht.
