- Translated abstract:
- The successful implementation of Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) depends on a precise conceptual understanding. This dissertation addresses current conceptual ambiguities on a functional level by deriving services from a formal process model following a systematic approach. The model enables a precise differentiation of SOA related concepts. An extensive conceptual formation as well as an outlook on informal applications ensures practical usability of the model.
