- Die transkonjunktivale nahtlose Pars Plana Vitrektomie mit Brilliant Blau (BB)- assistiertem ILM Peeling ist bei Patienten mit Makulaforamen eine sehr sichere Operationsmethode. Sie führt zu guten funktionellen und anatomischen Ergebnissen. Im Beobachtungszeitraum der vorliegenden Arbeit konnte eine Zunahme des Visus in der Patientengruppe nach Makulaforamenchirurgie beobachtet werden.

- Transconjunctival sutureless pars plana vitrectomy and Brilliant Blue (BB) - assisted ILM peeling is a very safe operation for patients with a macular hole. It leads to good functional and anatomic results. An improvement of the visual acuity could be seen during the observation period.
