- Diese Arbeit analysiert die operative Therapie der Sigmadivertikulitis. Hierbei sind OP-Indikation und -zeitpunkt vom Stadium der Erkrankung abhängig. Anhand eines initialen CT-Abdomens erfolgte die Unterteilung in unkomplizierte und komplizierte Krankheitsstadien. Es zeigte sich, dass die laparoskopische Sigmaresektion auch bei komplizierten Stadien der Erkrankung keine höhere Morbidität aufweist. - This research paper analyses the surgical therapy of sigmadiverticulitis. Indication and the time of operation are depending on the stadium of the disease. Based on an initial CT scan the division of complicated or uncomplicated stadium has to be made. One of the results was that the laparoscopic sigmaresection of complicated stages has no higher morbidity. Furthermore the primary open resection and the emergency operations (Operation by Hartmann) were under examination.
