Abstract:
Die koloskopische und auf Miniproben basierende lasermikroskopische Untersuchung von Karzinomen und Adenomen eines Mausmodells mit Kolonepithelzellen spezifischem Tp53 Knockout sowie der Vergleich mit physiologischer und inflammatorischer Kolonmukosa zeigte eine hohe Sensitivität für die konfokale Darstellung erhöhter Vaskularisierung in pathologischer Kolonmukosa, jedoch keine Spezifität für die Detektion tumorassoziierter Angiogenese.

Colonoscopic and laser microscopic examination and comparison of colorectal carcinomas and adenomas of a mouse model containing a colon epithelium specific Tp53 knockout as well as mice with physiologic and inflammatory colorectal mucosa showed a high sensitivity for the confocal detection of increased vascularization associated with colorectal pathology, but no specificity for the detection of tumor associated angiogenesis.
