Das Impulsmagnetverfahren bietet bislang ungenutztes Potential zur Verwirklichung sowohl ökologischer als auch ökonomischer Ziele beim Trennen von dünnwandigen Hohlprofilen. Bisher existiert lediglich der Nachweis, dass das Verfahren zum Beschneiden von kreisförmigen Hohlprofilen mit der Expansion prinzipiell möglich ist. In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird das Impulsmagnetschneiden eingehend untersucht, um ein grundlegendes Verständnis zum Verfahren aufzubauen und dessen gezielte Anwendung zu ermöglichen. Dabei werden unter anderem der Einsatz der unterschiedlichen Magnetfelder und erzielbare Schnittliniengeometrien beleuchtet sowie Empfehlungen zur Wahl optimaler Prozessparameter gegeben.     «

The impulse magnetic process offers a lot of idle potential for the realization of ecological and economical aims concerning the cutting of thin walled hollow profiles. Until now there is only the proof available, that the process (with the expansion) is possible for the cutting of circular profiles. This assignment investigates the impulse magnetic cutting in order to gain a fundamental understanding of the process and to enable a target-oriented use. Thereby amongst other things the application of the different magnetic fields and achievable cutting line geometries are reviewed and recommendations for the choice of optimal process parameters are given.     «
