- Ziel der Arbeit ist es, in einer nachträglich prospektiven Kohortenstudie die Behandlungsergebnisse (Gesamtüberleben, tumorspezifisches Überleben, lokale Kontrolle, colostomiefreie Überlebensrate sowie Nebenwirkungen) an einem weitgehend homogen und im Vergleich zu anderen Publikationen zahlenmäßig durchaus adäquaten Patientenkollektiv von 71 Analkarzinom-Patienten, die sich im Zeitraum 1991-2010 einer primären Radiochemotherapie an einer nichtuniversitären Klinik unterzogen, zu untersuchen. - Translated abstract:
- The aim of this retrospectively prospective study was to examine the outcome (over all survival, tumorspecific survival, local control, colostomy free survival as well as sideeffects of the tumorspecific treatment) on a roughly homogenous and compared to other studies appropriate large group of 71 patients with diagnosed anal carcionma. All patients underwent primary radiochemotherapy during the period of 1991 to 2010 in a municipal hospital. The median follow-up consisted of 38 month.
