- 82 klinische Patienten mit äthyltoxischer LCI wurden mit Wasserstoff-Glukose-Atemtest auf SBBO und mit digitaler intestinaler Langzeitmanometrie (n = 41) auf MSD untersucht. 22% zeigten SBBO. Komplexe MSD fanden sich bei allen Patienten nüchtern und postprandial. SBBO korrelierte mit dem Vorliegen von Aszites, MSD-Parameter korrelierten mit dem Zirrhosestadium, nicht mit SBBO.
- Translated abstract:
- 82 clinical patients with ARC underwent H2-glucose-breathtest for SBBO and digital intestinal long-term manometrie (n = 41) for SBMD. 22% showed SBBO. Complex SBMD were found in all patients in the fasting and postprandial state. SBBO correlated to the presence of ascites, parameters of SBMD correlated to the severity of liver disease not to SBBO.
