- Um die Rolle des Sauerstoffgehalts in tissue-engineerten Knorpelkonstrukten besser zu verstehen, wurden Sauerstoffmessungen mithilfe von Glasfaser-Mikrosensoren im Zentrum von Polyurethanzellträgern durchgeführt, die im Vorfeld mit humanen Chondrozyten beimpft und unterschiedlich lang kultiviert wurden. Im Anschluß daran erfolgten Untersuchungen zu Vitalität, Nassgewicht, Zellzahl und Glykosaminoglykangehalt.

- To understand the role of oxygen tension in tissue engineered cartilage, measurements with fiber-optic microsensors in the center of polyurethan constructs were done. These constructs were seeded with human chondrocytes and has been cultivated various periods of time. After all that, investigations followed about vitality, wet weight, cell density and the amount of glucosamine glykane.
