Abstract:
Ziel der Studie war es, detaillierte anat. u. radiologische Daten der Insertionsstellen der funkt. Hauptbündel des VKB zu erhalten. Die Ergebnisse der Arbeit bestätigten die Hypothese, dass die femorale u. tibiale Insertion des AMB und des PLB durch standardisierte CT-Bilder bestimmt werden kann. Wir erhielten anatomische Landmarken, die als Standard-Insertionspunkte im intra- u. postop. Kontrollröntgen und als reproduzierbare Zielpunkte für die computergesteuerte Navigation dienen können.

The aim of the study was to receive detailed anat and radiol. data of the insertion sites of the functional main bundles of the VKB. The results of the work confirmed the hypothesis that femorale and tibiale insertion of the AMB and the PLB can be determined by standardised ct-pictures. We received anatomical guiding points, which can serve as standard-insertion points in intra-and postal-surgical controlling X-ray examination and as reproduceable goals for the computer-controlled navigation.
