- Mit der Zielsetzung eines besseren Verständnisses der Pathogenese des Lymphoplasmozytischen Lymphoms wurde eine Immunphänotypisierung zur genauen Beschreibung der Erkrankung sowie zur Abgrenzung von ihren Differentialdiagnosen vorgenommen. - Translated abstract:
- For a better understanding of the pathogenesis of lymphoplasmocytic lymphoma a characterization of this identity and its differential diagnoses was done by immunhistochemistry. Investigations with antibodies against APRIL, CD27, Blimp1 and BLNK were performed. These new markers of B-cell-differentiation provided information about pathomechanisms and therapeutical targets in lymphoplasmocytic lymphoma while they did not show to have diagnostic potential.
